The candidate will be responsible for supervising the accounting team in Monterrey, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and reporting directly to the parent company in Houston. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the accounting team in Monterrey. * Ensure proper implementation of U.S. accounting systems and local tax regulations. * Prepare and review financial reports for the parent company in Houston. * Implement internal control and audit processes. * Foster a collaborative work environment with self-management and effective conflict resolution. Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Valid visa and passport. * Proven experience with U.S. accounting systems. * Experience coordinating and supervising teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
