We are currently looking for a DRP Analyst; this position is on-site in León, Guanajuato. We seek creative, dynamic, and results-oriented talent. **Main Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):** 1\. Design, implement, manage, and update the DRP according to technological and business changes. 2\. Identify and document critical systems along with their dependencies and criticality. 3\. Validate backups and continuity strategies, ensuring compliance with RTO/RPO. 4\. Plan and execute recovery tests, documenting results and areas for improvement. 5\. Coordinate with internal IT and business units to ensure continuity of critical services. 6\. Generate documentation and executive reports for audits and committees. 7\. Drive continuous improvement of DRP through actions and recommendations based on findings. 8\. Monitor, validate, and document the proper execution of backups and replications. 9\. Conduct and maintain the risk matrix for the site where servers are hosted. **Requirements:** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields). Relevant experience: 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles such as IT Risk Analyst, DRP Systems Analyst, or Backup Analyst. Knowledge: Familiarity with DRP standards; administration of virtualization systems (VMware); backup software (Veeam); general knowledge of Windows Server; solid understanding of RPO/RTO; general knowledge of telecommunications networks; general knowledge of hybrid infrastructures; general knowledge of cybersecurity; general knowledge of storage and hardware; ISO 27031\.
