Supervise branches to ensure compliance with established standards. 2\. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and shrinkage. 3\. Implement cleaning and food safety procedures. 4\. Manage staff, shift supervisors, assistants, and utility personnel. 5\. Submit supervision reports. 6\. Conduct scheduled visits—minimum of 2 per day. 7\. Apply and verify standardized processes. 8\. Identify areas for improvement and report issues. 9\. Supervise and implement sales initiatives, product launches, targets, and promotions. 10\. Review stock rotation and shrinkage. 11\. Coordinate basic maintenance. 12\. Route customer complaints. 13\. Ensure brand image and campaign implementation. 14\. Support scheduling and coverage for staff absences. 15\. Motivate the team to promote products and maintain high-quality customer service. 16\. Verify absence of cash discrepancies or administrative errors. 17\. Exercise discretion when handling basic interpersonal conflicts among staff. **PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** Supervisors will be evaluated based on: · Average branch supervision score above 85 · Achievement of monthly sales targets. · Orderly implementation of processes per manuals. · Reduction in staff absences or operational issues. · Cash discrepancies or administrative errors. **DESIRED PROFILE** Field operational leader accountable for results, control, and execution.
