A leading company in the real estate cleaning sector is seeking a **BILLING ANALYST** for its corporate offices.
Job Objective:
Responsible for managing and controlling billing operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing processes related to invoice issuance.
Responsibilities:
* **Invoice Issuance:** Generate and validate electronic invoices using Compaq software.
* **Documentation Control:** Ensure all documentation required for billing is complete and accurate.
* **Tax Compliance:** Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with the SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), using the corresponding portals.
* **Account Reconciliation:** Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts receivable and manage outstanding accounts.
* **Customer Support:** Address customer inquiries and requests related to invoices and payments.
* **Reporting:** Generate periodic billing reports and sales analysis for management.
* **Process Optimization:** Propose improvements to billing processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within billing departments.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Advanced proficiency in Compaq software.
* Familiarity with SAT portals (electronic invoicing, tax filings, etc.).
* **Skills:**
* High attention to detail and analytical ability.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Teamwork and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Competencies:
* Proactivity and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
