Requirements * Required academic level: Bachelor's degree * Academic status: Degree holder * Required field of study (related fields): Law * Experience: 1 \- 2 years as an Auxiliary Public Prosecutor Agent * Knowledge and tools: + CRIMINAL LAW + LITIGATION * Language(s): + None * Skills and competencies: + Critical thinking + Work quality + Problem analysis and resolution + Stress tolerance + Results orientation + Communication + Adaptability to change + Autonomy * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 09:00 \- 18:00 Functions and activities * Receive complaints or accusations presented orally, in writing, or via electronic means—including anonymous complaints—regarding facts appearing to constitute crimes, in accordance with applicable legal provisions; investigate and prosecute crimes within their jurisdiction, intervening in all stages of criminal proceedings and performing all applicable procedural actions; direct investigations into facts constituting crimes, with a duty of objectivity and due diligence, gathering evidence establishing punishable participation as well as evidence proving the accused person’s innocence, ensuring respect for parties’ rights and due process; apply applicable investigative protocols; order police, experts, and assistants—within their jurisdiction—to conduct investigative acts conducive to clarifying facts appearing to constitute crimes, as well as analyze those acts already conducted by such authorities; instruct police on the legality, relevance, sufficiency, and conclusiveness of collected or to-be-collected evidence, as well as other activities and procedures required during the investigation; attend visits, complaints, conciliation proposals, and recommendations from both the National Human Rights Commission and the Mexico City Human Rights Commission, in accordance with applicable regulations; share information with local and federal police, justice administration and prosecution institutions, and victim assistance institutions, as determined by law; request collaboration from other authorities and assist those requesting it in pursuing probable perpetrators or participants in criminal acts, as stipulated by laws, agreements, conventions, guidelines, and other cooperation instruments entered into for such purposes; comply with transparency-related provisions The company offers * Medical services through ISSSTE, vacation time, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, access to housing loans (FOVISSSTE), personal loans—subject to applicable regulations. * Indefinite-term employment contract Recruitment process * Recruitment process start date: May 14, 2026 * Recruitment process duration: 2 Weeks
