We are looking for your talent as: "Administrative Coordinator" Job Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree (student completing final requirements, graduate, or at least 80% completed) Field of Study: Economic and Administrative Sciences Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position Knowledge: Revenue collection via POS terminals, bank transfers, cash register closings, petty cash management, expense management, and Office package proficiency Specific Skills: Customer service orientation, service-minded attitude, proactivity, adherence to regulations, organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management. Responsibilities: * Administer, control, and ensure revenue collection and billing for the unit. * Verify automatic charge collections (AMEX, credit cards, and debit cards), POS (point-of-sale terminal) transactions, payment links, and bank transfers. * Ensure optimal management of income and expenses in accordance with the unit’s business budget. * Ensure proper execution of administrative procedures per organizational policies.
