Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM

***Requirements***
\- Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
\- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Computer Science, or related fields.
\- Proficiency in **Excel**: Intermediate level; advanced use of data correspondence via Excel databases.
\- Proficiency in **Word**: Excellent; header and footer editing.
\- Experience managing databases, data entry, document uploading, and using Google Drive.
\- Familiarity with editors such as **Nitro** or similar tools for document modification and correction.
\- Solid understanding of basic letter-size printing formats.
\- Strong desire and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement; excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
\- Basic knowledge of **invoicing documentation** and related terminology.
***Responsibilities***
Creating and editing digital and physical documentation for deliveries, maintaining records, and reporting status to the direct supervisor.
Maintaining communication channels between this department and other departments within the company.
Creating backups of all processed information.
Providing administrative support, including email follow-up, formal email replies, and drafting official letters both digitally and physically.
Reviewing, uploading, and registering supply orders. Drafting official correspondence and letters. Reviewing delivery notes, penalties, settlement documents (finiquitos), and other general documents. Tracking each reviewed and analyzed topic.
Organizing and storing information appropriately using the system operated by the department. Transmitting departmental information to other departments. Managing documents.
Entering and tracking delivery planning schedules. Requesting and delivering samples for shipment to institutions. Monitoring pending and completed requests. Requesting invoices by completing a form sent to the Accounting Department. Maintaining up-to-date departmental reports.
Strong appreciation for detailed and meticulous work. This department requires individuals who can remain focused on their tasks and responsibilities despite distractions, demonstrating high accountability, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
