Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. \-Basic knowledge of **Billing** documentation and related terminology. ***Responsibilities*** Creation and editing of digital and physical documentation for deliveries, including recordkeeping and status reporting to the direct supervisor. Maintaining communication channels between the department and other company departments. Creating backups of all processed information. Administrative support including: email follow-up, formal email replies, and drafting official letters digitally and physically. Reviewing, uploading, and registering supply orders. Drafting official documents and letters. Reviewing delivery notes, penalties, settlement documents, and general documentation. Tracking each reviewed and analyzed topic. Proper organization and storage of information using the department’s operational system. Transmitting departmental information to other departments. Document administration. Inputting and tracking delivery planning. Requesting and delivering samples for shipment to institutions. Monitoring ongoing and completed requests. Requesting invoices by completing a standardized form sent to the Accounting Department. Maintaining updated departmental reports. Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic. This department requires individuals who can remain focused on their tasks and responsibilities despite distractions, demonstrating high accountability, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
