




**Accounting Administrative Assistant – Sensotek** **Job Description:** At **Sensotek**, we are looking for an **Accounting Administrative Assistant** to support administrative and accounting activities, as well as the preparation of sales reports and information control. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, updating, and analysis of **sales reports**. * Data entry and documentation control. * Assistance with basic accounting tasks (accounting entries, records, and simple reconciliations). * Organization of files and databases. * Invoicing and supplier follow-up when necessary. * General support to the administrative department. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or incomplete/complete bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in an administrative or accounting position. * Proficiency in **Excel** (mandatory). * Basic accounting knowledge. * Experience in preparing sales reports. * Organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
