




Job Opening: Accountant for HR Consulting Firm Position Objective: Ensure accurate accounting, tax, and financial control of the agency, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations, billing control for recruitment services, and financial support to operations. Main Responsibilities * Accounting recording of the agency’s income and expenses. * Preparation and control of accounting entries. * Bank reconciliations. * Issuance and control of invoicing for recruitment services (placement fees, socioeconomic studies, psychometric testing, etc.). * Monitoring of accounts receivable and collections. * Control of accounts payable. * Calculation and filing of taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings). * Preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns to SAT. * Calculation and payroll stamping for internal staff. * Payment and control of fees to freelance recruiters or commission-based agents. * Calculation of commissions per filled position. * Preparation of financial statements and reports for management. * Control and safekeeping of issued and received CFDIs. * Support during audits and fulfillment of tax requirements. * Assistance in cost and profitability analysis per client or project. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (certified graduate). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in recruitment agencies, professional services, or consulting (preferred). * Proficiency in SAT, CFDI, taxation, payroll, and IMSS procedures. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Experience with at least one accounting system (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP, or similar).
