Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant with experience in general and tax accounting, possessing a digital mindset to optimize processes and oversee the entire accounting cycle. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in general and tax accounting. 2. Expert-level proficiency in ASPEL (COI, SAE, NOI) and CONTPAQi. 3. Genuine interest in optimizing processes through technology. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (Degree and Professional License mandatory). **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in general and tax accounting. **Digital Mindset:** Genuine interest in optimizing processes through technology. **Requirements:** · Expert-level proficiency in **ASPEL** (COI, SAE, NOI) and **CONTPAQi**. · Advanced knowledge of platforms from the **SAT**, **IMSS** (IDSE, SUA), and SIPARE. · Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and database cross-referencing). · Up-to-date knowledge of current tax reforms and fiscal legislation. **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee the full accounting cycle and issuance of financial statements. * Prepare and review monthly and annual tax calculations. * Coordinate responses to external audits and official authority requests. * **Technological Optimization:** Identify areas for improvement in current systems (ASPEL/CONTPAQ) to reduce data entry time and human error through technology. * Control costs and budgets aligned with fiscal strategy. **We Offer:** * Monthly Salary: $40,000.00 \- $45,000.00 (Gross), based on experience. * Benefits: Statutory (IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation, Year-end Bonus). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work Location: Prado Norte, Lomas de Chapultepec (On-site).
