




Job Summary: The Technical Support role ensures the proper functioning of systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software, video surveillance, and point-of-sale systems. Development of manuals and management of technological inventories. **A WHOLESALE IMPORTER OF STATIONERY, JEWELRY, BEAUTY, AND TOYS PRODUCTS IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT TO WORK IN THE HISTORIC CENTER AREA OF CDMX.** **WE ARE HIRING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT** The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the company’s systems by performing preventive and corrective actions—both software and hardware—for computer systems, video surveillance systems, and point-of-sale terminals. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and maintenance of computer equipment * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Installation of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 operating systems * Installation of software and applications * Disk cloning and backup procedures * Installation of IP and analog video surveillance systems (cabling, DVR/NVR installation, dome and bullet cameras) * Camera cleaning, position review, and focus adjustment * Remote DVR connection, configuration, and video recording downloads * Structured network installation (switches, patch panels, cabling, nodes, conduits, raceways, grilles) * Remote and on-site technical support * Installation of local and network printers * Inventory assistance * Inventory control of computer equipment and mobile devices * Software license inventory control * Creation of user manuals for computer equipment usage * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Basic knowledge of databases * Basic/intermediate knowledge of ERP systems * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of LAN/WLAN networks (protocols, security, configuration) * Provide on-site support to the company’s 6 branches—all located in the HISTORIC CENTER area * Visit the Main Warehouse * Travel to PUEBLA for on-site support at two branches; paid per diems provided, as required by operational needs **Knowledge and Skills** * Equipment diagnosis and repair * Use of networking installation tools (punch-down tools, cable testers, drills, grinders, etc.) * Windows operating systems (Linux desirable) * Intermediate WordPress knowledge (desirable) **Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Service-oriented attitude * Problem-solving ability * Information analysis * Self-directed learning * Proactivity **We Offer:** Net Monthly Salary: $14,000.00, paid biweekly via BBVA payroll. + Statutory Benefits + Career Growth Opportunities.
