Coordinate and supervise external technology service providers Job Objective: Guarantee the operational availability of the company's systems and technological tools by ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, efficient vendor management, and technical execution during new business center openings or renovations. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure continuous operation of our corporate platforms and applications (SAP, Web Portals, Handy, VPNs, Email, etc.). - Provide high-quality technical support to end users. - Coordinate and supervise external technology service providers. - Actively participate in technological installation and configuration for new branch openings or renovations. Required Profile: Education: Computer Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Systems, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions (preferred). Technical Knowledge: Networking and telephony, technical support, Microsoft Office suite, and process documentation. Competencies: Proactivity, service-oriented attitude, honesty, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
