Position Summary: We are seeking an organized Receptionist with a passion for customer service to serve as the first point of contact and deliver professional service at Grupo Fórmula. Main Responsibilities: - Provide warm and professional attention to visitors and colleagues. - Manage access for visitors, suppliers, and contractors according to security protocols. - Administer meeting room schedules and coordinate corporate reservations. - Support administrative tasks and office supply inventory control. - Record and track internal requests (maintenance, cleaning, etc.). - Handle information with confidentiality and discretion. Requirements: - Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative or social sciences fields. - Experience in roles such as: receptionist, administrative assistant, administrative clerk, or customer service representative.
