Perform **mold changes, assembly, and adjustments**. Monitor **cycle times and production parameters**. Address basic machinery failures and report incidents. Coordinate and assign operational staff per machine. Supervise the **achievement of production and quality targets**. Record information in **production logs and reports**. Control **material consumption and work-in-process inventories**. Apply **housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement (5S) practices**. **Requirements** **Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field** (Technician-level candidates also eligible). Minimum **2 years of experience in manufacturing processes**. Desirable experience in **plastic injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes**. Knowledge of **machinery mechanics, mold assembly, and basic maintenance**. Experience in **supervising operational personnel**.
