Own the product lifecycle at all stages from introduction to obsolescence. Oversee the successful implementation of Engineering Changes as well as monitor potential financial impacts. * * Assume any responsibility and task assigned by their immediate supervisor and fulfill it satisfactorily. * Maintain their work area in orderly and clean conditions. * Follow the internal work regulations and safety requirements established by the company. * Actively participate in the improvement of the Quality/Safety and Environmental Management System, based on procedures and instructions, as well as share, understand and comply with the Quality/Safety and Environment Policy. * Keep technical documentation updated, including BOMs, drawings, and user manuals. * Responsible for generating and managing BOM structures during the product introduction phase. * Supervise all phases of the product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation. * Own BOM integrity throughout the product's life, working together with process engineers to oversee necessary actions to maintain optimal results regarding material usage quantities such as part numbers. * Define and document technical and functional product specifications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. * Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams to ensure products meet quality standards and requested requirements. * Plan and execute tests to validate product performance and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. * Implement and manage changes in product design and production, ensuring all stakeholders are informed. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and propose improvements. **Requirements** * Core tools * Skills to identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 * Ability to interpret performance data and metrics. * Knowledge of product management, agile development methodologies, and product lifecycle. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator, and/or similar software **Additional Information** * Completed Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree * Minimum 80% English proficiency * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in product development. * Excellent communication skills at all levels * Decision-making ability * Demonstrable knowledge of processes related to product lifecycle management such as ECOs, deviations, etc. * Knowledge of MRP, Oracle Fusion, SAP, and/or similar systems * Capable of analyzing manufacturing drawings, customer specifications, etc.
