Position Objective
Provide administrative and legal support in drafting, reviewing, and tracking legal documents, files, and procedures, contributing to the proper functioning of the legal department and compliance with the organization’s legal processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal pleadings, and other legal documents.
* Organize, compile, and update physical and digital legal files.
* Track legal and administrative procedures before government agencies or authorities.
* Conduct legal research and search for legislation, case law, and legal doctrine.
* Manage calendars, appointments, and legal deadlines.
* Prepare reports, official letters, and administrative minutes.
* Handle calls, emails, and requests related to legal matters.
* Assist with legal proceedings, court appearances, and administrative activities of the legal department.
* Maintain confidentiality of legal information and documentation.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Law degree program or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Basic knowledge of legislation and legal procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
* Strong writing skills and grammar.
* Prior experience in law firms, courts, or legal departments is desirable.

Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month
