Description

Summary: Administers program aspects, collaborates with departments and customers to meet delivery goals, and maintains positive relationships. Highlights: 1. Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program 2. Maintains direct contact with customers and operations personnel 3. Records and reports status of equipment returns, repairs, and deliveries Program Administrator Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program. Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments to meet program delivery goals. Maintains direct contact with customers and with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met. Provides customer reporting. Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA). Updates databases. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
