Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor freight transportation units, manage routes, and handle road incidents, ensuring operational communication. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time GPS monitoring of units and route tracking 2. Road incident support and continuous communication with drivers 3. Report preparation and compliance with safety protocols **REQUIREMENTS:** \*Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree. \*Minimum one year of experience in the position. \*Proficiency in operating 360-degree cameras and GPS systems. \*Familiarity with GPS platforms. \*Knowledge of national highways and major roads across the country. Responsibilities: \*Coordination with authorities via emergency numbers 911 and 088 in case of accidents \*Understanding of freight transportation logistics. \*Response to alerts. Monitoring of freight transportation units using satellite-based platforms. Communication with drivers to guide them on major national highways. Coordination with authorities Customer service **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Real-time GPS monitoring of freight units * Route and transit time tracking * Detection and reporting of unauthorized deviations, unscheduled stops, and risk events * Continuous communication with drivers and operations personnel * Road incident support (theft, mechanical failures, delays) * Preparation of reports and trip logs * Compliance with safety protocols. **BENEFITS** \*Weekly payment via Banorte or Banregio. \*Savings fund: 5% \*24 days of year-end bonus. \*Vacation bonus: 30% \*Annual bonus equivalent to 18 days' salary. **SCHEDULE:** 12-hour rotating shifts 2–3 days off per week **SALARY: MXN 14,000.00 – MXN 16,000.00 PER MONTH** Benefits: * Savings account Free uniforms Salary: MXN 14,000.00 – MXN 16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
