The position is responsible for supervising and monitoring security systems, as well as tracking operational incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Radio-based monitoring * Real-time incident and report tracking * Constant communication with operational staff and supervisors * Preparation of daily reports * Recording and control of relevant events **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a monitoring operator (experience in private security preferred) * Basic computer skills * Availability to work on a 2x2x2 schedule * High sense of responsibility and attention to detail **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $15,000 net * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability * Positive work environment **Interested Candidates:** Apply through this platform or send an updated CV.
