The incumbent will be responsible for performing relevant analyses in compliance with current regulations, ensuring result reliability and adherence to company standards from the start of each shift. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform microbiological analyses on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Conduct environmental and surface monitoring in production areas and warehouses. * Prepare, sterilize, and control the quality of laboratory culture media and reagents. * Ensure strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Timely and accurately record analysis results in logbooks and corresponding systems. * Immediately report any deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, or detected contaminations. * Participate in root cause investigations for microbiological deviations and propose corrective actions. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy and Biology (QFB), Microbiology, Biochemical Engineering, or related field (degree certificate and professional license preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years working as a Microbiology Analyst. * **Mandatory experience in the following sectors:** Food, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceuticals. * **Schedule availability:** Shift starts at 6:30 a.m. * Knowledge of applicable Mexican official standards (NOM) and operation of laboratory equipment (autoclave, incubators, laminar flow hoods, etc.). ### **Competencies** * Analytical rigor and attention to detail * Organization and adherence to standards / processes * Technical problem-solving and investigative ability * Assertive communication and teamwork * Quality orientation and continuous improvement
