Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Process Consultant to support the analysis, implementation, and tracking of projects for various clients, collaborating closely with management. The selected candidate will support the analysis, implementation, and tracking of projects for various clients, working hand-in-hand with the firm's director. **Work location:** Perisur. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 \- 5:30 PM. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in collecting and analyzing information for various projects. * Prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation. * Provide support in implementing strategies and solutions proposed to clients. * Participate in internal and client meetings, following up on assigned tasks. * Contribute to monitoring active projects to ensure objective achievement. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering degree. * Analytical and communication skills. * Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and teamwork orientation. * Mandatory: personal equipment (laptop or PC). **We offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Base salary of $14,000 MXN per month. * Commissions for active projects.
