




**Company:** IMED **Department:** Human Resources **Location:** Tijuana, B.C., Mariano Matamoros area **Work Mode:** On-site | Full-time **Job Objective** Establish, implement, and manage IMED’s Human Resources Department from the ground up, including developing processes, policies, and organizational culture. **Responsibilities** * Design and launch the Human Resources function. * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Personnel administration (contracts, personnel files, attendance/incident records). * Payroll coordination and compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Training, onboarding, and performance evaluation. * Management of workplace climate and organizational culture. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience structuring HR departments is desirable. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills. **We Offer** * Opportunity to create and lead the HR function. * Professional growth. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits.
