A prominent injection molding maquiladora company is seeking: Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities: Management and coordination of the Human Resources, Treasury, Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Reception, and EHS departments. Talent acquisition and personnel selection management. Development and implementation of training plans and TNA (Training Needs Assessment). Handling audits related to STPS, IMSS, as well as internal and external audits. Coordination and control of payroll incidents. Personnel administration management: contracts, personnel files, and incidents. Labor relations and organizational climate management; implementation of NOM-035, identification and execution of action plans. Support and promotion in implementing the Quality Management System, procedures, and indicators. Planning and execution of institutional events. Work based on KPIs and institutional goals. Experience managing recruitment and selection processes (operational, administrative, and mid-level management). Payroll and incident administration. Preparation and management of contracts, personnel files, and labor documentation. Development and implementation of TNA (Training Needs Assessment) and training plans. Knowledge of NOM-035 and organizational climate. Audit handling (STPS, IMSS, internal and external). Management of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, etc.). Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, procedures, KPIs). Proficiency in Office suite and ERP or HR software. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
