Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and operate data pipelines on GCP, build analytics and models, implement and deploy models/services, and develop business-oriented LLM use cases. Building and deployment of models and analytics **Responsibilities** * Design and operate data pipelines on GCP * Build analytics and models * Implement and deploy models/services * Develop business-oriented LLM use cases: internal RAG/QA, document extraction/classification, and copilots for analysts (with guardrails and evaluation). * Define data access and security standards (IAM, principle of least privilege) and best practices for governance. * Document metrics, definitions, and assumptions; collaborate with Risk, Collections, Finance, and Technology teams. **Requirements** * Google ecosystem / GCP: Advanced SQL in BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and service execution (Cloud Run or Functions), plus IAM best practices and least-privilege access. * Strong statistics and applied modeling: inference, validation, experimental design, and impact measurement (e.g., champion/challenger policy evaluation). * Practical experience with LLM/AI applied to business contexts * Ability to deliver solutions to production: building reproducible pipelines, Git versioning, and basic operations (logging, alerts, SLAs). * Business communication: translate objectives into clear hypotheses, metrics, and deliverables. **Desired Qualifications** * MLOps on Vertex AI: pipelines, model registry, and monitoring/alerting for batch or online predictions. * Risk model monitoring * Formal data quality testing (dbt \+ tests / expectations) * LLM/RAG-specific security * Prior experience in credit/collections (SOFOM/fintech/banking) and understanding of portfolio metrics.
