This role is key to strengthening the security of our systems, preventing risks, and ensuring operational continuity. The ideal candidate should hold recognized industry certifications and possess technical skills to identify, control, and mitigate digital threats. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and manage security controls on networks, servers, and endpoints. * Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and manage remediation efforts. * Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents (SOC level 1–2\). * Administer firewalls, IDS/IPS, corporate antivirus, and SIEM solutions. * Manage access, identities, and permissions (IAM). * Document security policies, procedures, and evidence. * Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and management teams. * Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or engineering in Computer Systems, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in computer security or advanced support. * Knowledge of networks, protocols, operating systems, and security architecture. * Proficiency with tools such as: SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco), vulnerability analysis (Nessus, Qualys). **Certifications (desirable, not all required)** Include only those that truly matter in recruitment for this profile: **Basic / Junior – Mid Level** * **CompTIA Security\+ (highly valued)** * **CompTIA CySA\+** * **Cisco CCNA Security** * **Microsoft SC\-900 or SC\-200** **Intermediate – Senior Level** * **CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker (highly sought after in MX)** * **ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor** **Advanced (plus, not required)** * **CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional** * **CISM – Certified Information Security Manager** **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Risk management and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure.
