Verification and processing of orders Job Objective: Ensure accurate control, validation, and processing of orders, guaranteeing that system records match actual material inventory through the use of technological tools (SAP and Excel), acting as the key filter for correct business operations. What Requirements Do You Need? Education: Completed high school or bachelor's degree (certificate mandatory). Systems: Preferably proficient in SAP. Excel: Intermediate proficiency (use of formulas, pivot tables, filters, and reports). Experience and Tools: Proficient in computer equipment usage and physical/digital verification of material inventory. Your main responsibilities will be: 1. Receive, validate, and meticulously process orders. 2. Verify actual material and supply inventory in the system before releasing or fulfilling orders. 3. Enter, update, and timely track data in the SAP system. 4. Prepare and structure daily and weekly operational reports using Microsoft Excel. 5.
