Position Summary: You will plan, coordinate, and implement comprehensive industrial facility projects, ensuring scope and timeline compliance and successful commissioning. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the comprehensive implementation of industrial facility projects. 2. Coordinates teams and manages suppliers for commissioning. 3. Applies agile methodologies and Lean Manufacturing to optimize processes. Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and monitor the comprehensive implementation of the industrial facility project. You will ensure compliance with defined scopes and timelines, while also coordinating equipment procurement and installation for successful commissioning. Key Responsibilities: -Monitor construction progress of the industrial facility on schedule. -Coordinate and supervise external suppliers and contractors. -Actively participate in the selection and purchase of forklifts, racks, and storage systems. -Meticulously control technical project documentation. -Monitor continuous improvement and process optimization activities based on the Scrum methodology. Essential Experience: -Comprehensive management of suppliers and contractors. -Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and agile methodologies (Scrum). -Participation in or monitoring of industrial facility assembly. -Layout, rack, and internal logistics design and optimization. Technical Knowledge: -AutoCAD proficiency (layout design). -Lean Six Sigma methodology. -SAP system expertise. -Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
