




Job Summary: We are seeking an empathetic professional with solid training in values and a service-oriented vocation to provide spiritual, emotional, and life support to employees, as well as organize reflective activities. Requirements: University-level professional studies and/or master’s degree (Philosophy, Theology, Counseling, Humanities, Religious Studies—preferred). Solid training in human and religious values. Ecumenical and interreligious approach. Pastoral, missionary, evangelism, or chaplaincy experience is desirable. Competencies and Skills: Ability to listen attentively and empathetically. Ability to communicate and respond with empathy, respect, precision, immediacy, compassion, and hope. Awareness of being a positive change agent in the workplace and in society. Consistency in values and principles, and in moral and civic conduct reflecting the essence of what it means to be human. Excellent understanding of privacy and confidentiality of information. Outstanding skills in establishing contact and building trusting, empathetic relationships with employees. A vocation to serve, guide, reconcile, heal, and support individuals in crisis situations and those facing emotional and spiritual challenges. Responsibilities: Provide personalized 24/7/365 support during crisis situations. Offer guidance on employees’ personal life projects. Facilitate prayer and reflection sessions when required. Organize thematic workshops, study circles, workshops, etc. Provide spiritual counseling when required. Prepare a monthly activity report. Organize off-site visits: hospitals, funerals, prisons, etc., when required.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: 27 years or older
