Their role ensures client satisfaction, seamless coordination across IKA’s internal teams, and business profitability through account renewals and growth. **What Knowledge Do You Need?** Influencer Marketing: End-to-end campaign management and deep understanding of the content creator ecosystem. CRM Management: Proficiency in customer tracking tools and workflow systems (data-driven mindset). Strategic Planning: Translating briefs into measurable timelines and action plans. Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpreting KPIs (ROI, Engagement) to support decision-making. Influencer Auditing: Using tools to validate audience quality and performance metrics. Commercial Strategy: Identifying Upselling and Cross-selling opportunities. **What Education and Experience Are We Seeking?** Completed Bachelor’s degree. 1–3 years of experience in account management or business development (preferably within agencies). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to organize complex workflows and ensure on-time delivery. Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office) and management platforms (CRM). Ability to leverage financial data and campaign metrics to inform strategic decisions.
