What qualifications are we looking for? Experience: Minimum experience in administration, inventory control, billing, or data management. Technological tools: Proficiency in the CONTPAQi portal (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level for data analysis and reporting). Key knowledge: Basic understanding of self-service and retail channels (delivery processes, customer portals, appointments, or credit notes). Soft skills: Excellent service attitude and proactivity. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. What will be your main responsibilities? Administration, review, and data entry into the CONTPAQi system. Tracking and documentation control related to the retail and self-service channels. Preparation of administrative and control reports in Excel.
