Occupational Health Coordinator
At **Solistica**, a leading provider of logistics solutions in Latin America, we are looking to integrate an **Occupational Health Coordinator** into our team, responsible for promoting employee health and ensuring the proper implementation of occupational medicine programs within operations.
**Job Objective**
Coordinate and execute occupational health programs aimed at preventing occupational illnesses and accidents, fostering a culture of well-being among employees and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines on occupational health.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Implement and monitor **occupational health** programs within the operational unit.
* Assess employees' health status and determine their fitness to continue performing job duties.
* Promptly identify occupational risks or potential occupational illnesses and provide appropriate medical follow-up.
* Develop prevention campaigns, wellness initiatives, and programs promoting healthy lifestyles.
* Coordinate health-related activities and preventive programs for employees.
* Prepare reports and indicators for the occupational health area.
* Coordinate occupational medical care and clinical case follow-up.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding **occupational health and industrial safety**.
* Maintain communication with medical service providers and healthcare institutions as required.
**Requirements**
* **Bachelor's degree in General Medicine (mandatory)**.
* **Valid professional license**.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in **occupational medicine / occupational health / industrial medicine**.
* Knowledge of health prevention programs in workplace environments.
* Intermediate proficiency in **Excel, Word, and Outlook**.
* Experience coordinating occupational health programs or personnel (desirable).
* Availability to work from **Monday to Sunday, according to operational needs**.
