Here’s what you need to know about this position: **Location** : Remote, LATAM **Engagement** **Type** : Full\-Time \- Fractional (2\-3 months) **The Work** (What you’ll be doing \& Your Impact) * Partner closely with strategy and writing teams to transform narrative outlines into highly polished, client\-facing presentation decks focused on B2B AI solutions initiatives * Lead the visual direction and design execution of large\-scale narrative and sales decks that communicate AI offerings, positioning, and business value to enterprise audiences * Develop slide\-by\-slide visual storytelling systems, hierarchy, layouts, and presentation approaches that simplify complex product and AI\-related messaging * Collaborate cross\-functionally with strategists, writers, and creative partners to determine the most effective way to communicate ideas across typography, imagery, motion, product storytelling, and data visualization * Direct and storyboard motion concepts for a senior motion designer, identifying where animation can elevate clarity, pacing, and narrative impact throughout the deck experience * Create highly crafted presentation work across Google Slides and Figma, including editable presentation systems, custom layouts, product mockups, visual assets, and presentation\-ready deliverables * Present and defend design decisions directly with stakeholders, explaining creative rationale, storytelling approaches, hierarchy choices, and overall communication strategy in client\-facing conversations **Needed Expertise** (What you need to succeed in the role) * Strong experience designing highly polished narrative presentations, sales decks, keynote\-style storytelling systems, or executive and client\-facing communication experiences * Ability to work autonomously as the primary design lead on a project without requiring day\-to\-day Creative Director oversight * Strong visual storytelling instincts, especially around simplifying complex AI, product, platform, or technology\-related ideas into clear and compelling presentation experiences * Experience collaborating closely with strategy, writing, motion, and cross\-functional creative teams in highly iterative and narrative\-driven environments * Advanced proficiency in Figma and Google Slides, including experience building editable presentation systems, adapting product UI into presentation assets, and creating presentation\-ready deliverables * Experience directing or storyboarding motion concepts in partnership with motion design teams, including identifying where animation can elevate narrative clarity and impact * Strong communication and client\-facing presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders and enterprise clients **Our Benefits \& Perks** * We pay in USD through our platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose * Paid time off based on your engagement * Medical, safety, and wellness benefits * Business English language classes * Access to learning platforms and professional development resources * Birthday day off …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
