We invite you to apply to become part of “The Strong Bank of Mexico” in the position: UNIVERSAL TELLER Saltillo, Coahuila Job Objective: Perform various counter transactions in compliance with established regulations, always aiming to retain customers. Main Responsibilities: · Identify potential customer needs during interactions and, based on those needs, identify sales opportunities. · Provide service to customers and all users for the various transactions requested at the counter, as part of the transactional activity required by their products/services. · Carry out internal tasks required to ensure smooth execution of customer-requested transactions. · Comply fully with all institutional regulatory and security requirements in conducting operations and delivering customer service. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or currently pursuing such a degree. · Desired experience: 6 months in a similar role, or no prior experience required. · High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, fluency in speech, and strong interpersonal skills.
