EDUCATION: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (Intern or Graduate) SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Basic database and stored procedure knowledge, .NET and Java applications. · RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Safeguard employment contracts signed by employees (active staff and terminated staff), and archive within each personnel file the legal documentation of the employer-employee relationship, for delivery upon request for review or consultation by authorized departments or external labor law firms. 2. Maintain information under strict protection and custody, free from external interference, given its confidential nature, ensuring documentation remains up to date for provision upon request for consultation or review. 3. Provide employment-related information requested by authorized internal departments to address official institutional requests (SAT, STPS) regarding labor and tax matters, or internal or external audits. 4. Periodically purge personnel files marked as terminated and store them in the inactive archive to maintain appropriate control over all information concerning active and terminated personnel within the institution. 5. Store confidential information electronically (PDF format), including employment contracts, institutional regulatory documents, and forms applicable to payroll incident calculations. 6.
