This role is essential to the efficient functioning of our operations, involving a variety of tasks related to analysis, processing, verification, and both internal and external communication. **Requirements you must meet:** * Minimum completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative roles, customer service, or operational processing management is valued. * Intermediate proficiency in computer tools and applications (Office Suite, Google) and office systems. * **Availability to work near Palacio del Obispado.** * Immediate availability. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Verifying the integrity and accuracy of files, ensuring they are complete and contain all required documents. * Establishing and maintaining effective communication with suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities. * Proactively resolving any errors or issues in files, ensuring prompt correction. * Closely monitoring processing progress and staying alert for any necessary corrections or adjustments. * Maintaining contact with clients to inform them of their processing status and provide guidance on document corrections if needed. * Efficiently managing administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Coordinating appointments with managers to facilitate resolution signing once available. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet established deadlines. * Attention to detail and skill in accurately identifying and correcting errors. * A proactive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to solve problems effectively. **What we offer you:** * Competitive fixed salary aligned with market standards. * Bonuses. * Excellent work environment. * Vacation time and vacation bonus. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * IMSS coverage. * Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays only half-day. * Work modality: 100% in-person.
