At Bradescard, we are seeking an **IT Operations Manager**, responsible for ensuring IT operations by creating, implementing, and executing operational processes—collaborating synergistically with other areas to guarantee the successful operation of the entire technology ecosystem (applications, services, enablers, connections, etc). **Location:** CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 hrs **Your Responsibilities:** * Ensure the availability and performance of IT systems and services * Document, monitor, and execute operational processes essential for the proper functioning of technology services; identify, control, and mitigate risks and impacts associated with IT failures (downtime, errors, violations, or compliance issues); promote increased agility and scalability of IT systems and services * Ensure satisfaction and loyalty of internal and external customers utilizing technology services and applications * Manage and coordinate all collaboration with business areas to meet their needs * Ensure systems operate correctly, raise incidents, and ensure timely and proper resolution; interact with vendors and ensure service adherence to business expectations * Lead root\-cause analysis for all problems or incidents arising during operations * Develop and implement IT operations management standards and procedures * Consolidate, monitor, and ensure existence of periodic documentation to support internal or external audits; implement and manage the change management process in a controlled manner with high-level communication **What We Offer:** * Work modality: Hybrid. * Competitive salary. * Meal vouchers. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: 14 vacation days (starting from your hire date), 20 days of year\-end bonus, 15 days of vacation premium at 100%, 3% savings fund, subsidized cafeteria covering 80%. * Career development plan within a company that values professional and personal growth of its employees. * Additional benefits: Major Medical Expense Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance. **What We Are Looking for in You:** Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Administration, or Economics\-Administration fields. **Experience:** 5+ years in planning and finance areas; prior experience in similar roles; knowledge of the financial sector; experience leading teams. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** SAP, Office, Financial Planning, Financial Mathematics, Financial Modeling **Why Bradescard?** Working with us means joining a financial institution with over a decade of presence in Mexico and backed by Bradesco—a Latin American giant.
