Job Summary: Support the implementation, monitoring, and control of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) policies and procedures in the automotive and motorcycle taxi sectors. Opportunity for compliance training **Job Objective:** Support the implementation, monitoring, and control of policies and procedures related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), ensuring regulatory compliance in commercial, financial, and administrative operations within the automotive and motorcycle taxi sectors. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\. Support the development and updating of the AML/CFT Manual. 2\. Monitor suspicious or unusual transactions related to the sale, financing, or leasing of motorcycle taxis. 3\. Maintain up-to-date customer identification files (KYC). 4\. Support the preparation of regulatory reports to CNBV, UIF, or SAT. 5\. Participate in internal and external audits related to AML. 6\. Train operational staff on compliance topics. 7\. Monitor sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, PEPs). 8\. Support risk assessments for customers and suppliers. **Job Requirements:** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. **Work Experience** * 1–2 years in compliance, risk, or audit functions. * Prior experience in automotive or financial sector companies is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** i. Mexican AML/CFT regulations (Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions Involving Illicit Proceeds). ii. Knowledge of the Financial Institutions Law, CNBV, and UIF. iii. Familiarity with restricted lists and monitoring tools. iv. Proficient use of Excel and document management systems.
