




The Human Resources Manager is responsible for **leading and managing all HR functions** within the organization, ensuring that personnel policies and programs are aligned with business strategy and objectives. Oversees talent acquisition, development, retention, and well-being, maintaining a positive work environment and compliance with current labor legislation. Main Responsibilities * **HR Strategy and Planning:** * Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's short- and long-term objectives. * Manage workforce planning and organizational structure. * **Talent Attraction and Acquisition:** * Supervise and lead the full recruitment and selection cycle, from defining job profiles to onboarding. * Develop and maintain an attractive employer brand. * **Performance and Development Management:** * Implement and administer the performance management system (evaluations, feedback). * Identify training needs and design professional development plans for employees. * **Compensation and Benefits:** * Design and manage salary structures and benefit packages, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. * Supervise payroll in coordination with the Accounting/Finance department. * **Employee Relations and Culture:** * Act as mediator in labor conflicts and manage disciplinary processes. * Foster a positive, high-performance organizational culture aligned with company values. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and laws (health and safety, contracts, etc.). * **Personnel Administration:** * Maintain up-to-date employee records and generate key HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, employee climate). **Education:** University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. **(Mandatory)**. Master's degree or postgraduate studies in HR or related areas (Desirable). **Experience:** Minimum of **5 to 7 years of progressive experience** in Human Resources roles, with at least **2\-3 years in a leadership or managerial role**. **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of national labor legislation. Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
