Due to expansion, we are looking for committed, dynamic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Credit Advisors at the ORIZABA branch / work areas: Orizaba. Your responsibilities will include: - Promotion and disbursement of group loans in the field. - Home visits for client follow-up. - Training and mentoring of credit groups. - Portfolio recovery. - 100% fieldwork (door-to-door canvassing, visits, follow-up). What we offer: - Monthly gross base salary: $11,200 + INITIAL BONUS $3,000 - Attractive uncapped commission scheme (paid monthly). - Full statutory benefits: IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation time, etc. - Work tools: identification badge, uniform, mobile phone. What we seek: - Field sales and door-to-door canvassing experience (preferably in credit or financial products).
