Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Developing campaigns and initiatives that enhance the value proposition of credit card products. * Conducting market analyses and comparisons to identify trends, best practices, and innovative solutions for products and processes. * Monitoring the credit card lifecycle in coordination with relevant departments. * Providing operational support to various loyalty programs through supplier follow-up, incident resolution, and other related activities. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Years of experience: 1–2 years of experience in the financial sector. * Areas of expertise: Payment methods (credit or debit cards), loyalty programs, fintech. * Required knowledge: Advanced Excel. * Languages: English preferred. * Willingness to travel: No. * Willingness to relocate: No. At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
