Job Summary: Maintain and ensure the quality of master data to enable accurate execution of business processes, in accordance with protocols, guidelines, and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure and monitor master data maintenance for reliability. 2. Coordinate departments during product launches to ensure timely enablement. 3. Assist users with master data maintenance to support efficient processes. **Mission** ---------- Maintain and ensure the quality of master data registered in systems to enable accurate execution of business processes, following data governance protocols, guidelines, and standards. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure and monitor master data maintenance to guarantee information reliability entering applications and accurate execution of processes. * Audit and analyze generated master data reports to ensure registration quality and implement corrective actions in case of anomalies. * Obtain, communicate, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the master data management process, for reporting purposes and for identifying improvement opportunities, as well as ensuring timely and proper execution and availability of processes. * Coordinate various departments involved in new product launches to guarantee their enablement on the date requested by the corporate brand or account executive. * Provide support during scheduled occasional events such as month-end closings and off-hours inventory counts, as requested by operations, to deliver required assistance at the time. * Analyze and standardize master data to integrate it consistently and comprehensively into our database, supporting projects requiring data cleansing and harmonization activities. * Assist users with questions or errors encountered during master data maintenance or related tasks, enabling them to execute their processes and transactions efficiently. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed bachelor’s degree (verifiable). * Experience handling information, databases, and statistics. * Proficiency in English is mandatory: Speaking (Basic), Reading (Basic), Writing (Basic). **Job-Specific Knowledge** ---------------------------------------- * Job-specific competencies * SAP ERP Logistics \- Advanced Level * SAP ERP FI (Finance) \- Basic Level * Excel \- Advanced Level * SAP BW \- Basic Level * Procurement \- Basic Level * Sales Knowledge \- Basic Level * Purchasing \- Basic Level * Internal Audit \- Basic Level * Cost and Budget Management \- Basic Level * Master Data Administration \- Advanced Level * Price Administration \- Advanced Level * Promotion Administration \- Advanced Level * Data Governance Model \- Basic Level
