Apply for an interview and work with us! ***What do you need?*** * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 20 years or older * Education: Technical degree in Food Science / Business Administration * Complete and up-to-date document copies * Availability for the following shifts: 7 AM–4 PM or 1 PM–10 PM * Minimum 1 year of experience in administration * Work location: Martin Carrera ***We offer:*** * Starting salary of $11,600 * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with rotating weekly days off * Shift: 1 PM–10 PM * Career growth and development within the company * Ongoing training * Job stability ***Competencies:*** * Adaptability * Creativity * Sense of urgency * Responsibility * Teamwork ***Responsibilities:*** * **Supporting Daily Operations**: Supervise cafeteria opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are prepared and operational for customers—from cleaning to product display. **Staff Management**: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising team members; motivate employees and resolve interpersonal conflicts or issues that may arise. **Quality Control and Customer Service**: Ensure consistent product and service quality standards; respond to and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to guarantee satisfaction. **Inventory and Supplies Management**: Monitor inventory levels of food items, beverages, and other supplies; place orders and manage associated costs to prevent stock shortages or overstocking. **Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Regulations**: Supervise staff adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and local and corporate regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. **Daily Sales and Financial Management**: Assist in supervising daily sales, including revenue verification, cash handling, and sales reporting. This includes collaborating on performance metric reviews and planning initiatives to increase sales. **Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution**: Collaborate on implementing promotions, events, and other marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, aligning with directives from the General Manager or corporate guidelines. **Operational Problem Resolution Support**: Identify and resolve operational issues that may interfere with service delivery or customer experience, maintaining a proactive and collaborative attitude. **Emergency Situation Handling**: Respond swiftly to emergencies—whether health-related, technical, or workplace conflicts—following established protocols. **Reporting and Communication with Management**: Prepare periodic reports on cafeteria operations—including sales, staff performance, and identified issues—and maintain constant communication with the General Manager to keep them informed about facility operations.
