Requirements: · Completed bachelor's degree (GRADUATED OR INTERNSHIP COMPLETED) in economics or administration, with official academic certification. · At least 1 year of experience as: teller, call center agent, customer service representative, salesperson, or any role involving sales, customer interaction, or cash handling. · Required knowledge: customer service, cash handling, and sales. · Languages: not required We Offer: Starting salary: $13,349 gross per month during the training period; subsequently adjusted to $14,010 Working days: Monday to Saturday Direct employment by Banorte Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. *Important: Candidates must have schedule flexibility and ability to commute to various branches within the area.
