Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage goods, organize inventories, and support corporate event logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages verification, registration, and storage of goods in the warehouse. 2. Conducts cyclic inventories and stock audits. 3. Supports event logistics, including setup and teardown. We are a publishing company dedicated to producing a daily financial news publication. **Position: Warehouse Supervisor** Requirements: * Education: High school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree * Proficiency in Excel or database software * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse supervisor * Experience with materials and spare parts (preferred) Responsibilities: * Goods: verification and registration against invoices or delivery notes. * Classification and storage of products in the warehouse. * Cyclic inventories and stock audits. * Preparation and fulfillment of internal and external orders. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Logistical support for corporate events. * Loading and transportation of furniture, materials, and equipment. * Setup of exhibition booths, stages, partitions, and operational furniture. * Dismantling and return of materials used in events.
