Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Industrial Workshop Supervisor to coordinate operations, supervise maintenance, and manage inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Requires leadership, assertive communication, and proactivity. **Industrial Workshop Supervisor** **Age:** 30 \- 40 years old **Gender:** No preference **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree in maintenance, mechanics, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in warehouse or workshop **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing the workshop. * Coordinating loading and unloading of materials, tools, and construction equipment. * Inventory management. * Generating weekly activity reports. * Monitoring tools. * Equipment check-in and check-out. * Supervising maintenance activities. **Knowledge:** * Machinery technical knowledge. * Loading equipment. * Personnel management. * Basic safety and hygiene. **Attitudes and Skills:** * Organized * Responsible * Punctual * Proactive * Assertive communication * Leadership * Empathetic **Work Location:** San Mateo Atenco **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Interested candidates should apply in person at Calle Vicente Guerrero No. 136, near Av.
