Teamwork and service-oriented attitude At Aerocomercializadora del Pacifico, we seek responsible talent to welcome VIP lounge users, serve food and beverages at the table, and ensure proper setup of self-service bars and beverage preparation bars. Additionally, staff must always remain attentive to ensure VIP lounge users receive expected amenities and that lounges are maintained in optimal condition regarding order and cleanliness—thereby achieving the primary objective: user satisfaction. **Work Location:** Mexicali Airport, Mesa de Andrade Highway Km 23.5, Mariano Abasolo Neighborhood, ZIP Code 21600, Mexicali, Baja California. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Flexible availability of working hours * Experience in similar positions; hospitality and/or related fields preferred (minimum 6 months) **Skills:** * Customer service * Strong verbal communication skills * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude **Functions:** * Ensure VIP lounge users receive offered services and amenities in a warm and welcoming manner. * Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils—including chafer units, inserts, and supporting equipment used for food service such as microwaves, grills, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and coffee makers. * Monitor self-service and beverage preparation bars to ensure adequate supplies for proper operation; if necessary, perform bar setup, restocking, organizing, and cleaning. * Report to supervisor any shortages of supplies or consumables required for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Report maintenance issues to supervisor or reception. * Maintain work area clean and orderly, covering the following zones: kitchen, bars, dining area, and general seating area. * Take food and beverage orders from customers. * Collaborate closely with fellow VIP lounge staff to meet users’ needs and requirements. * Care for equipment, glassware, and work tools to fulfill daily responsibilities. * Assist with receiving food and supplies required for lounge operations; therefore, physical capability is essential—including lifting, carrying, and arranging boxes—as stipulated by NOM-006-STPS-2014, “Materials Handling and Storage—Occupational Safety and Health Conditions.” * Support other departments as needed to serve customers. **All our recruitment processes are impartial.
