At Deltrans, a company with over 30 years of experience in the specialized transportation of hazardous materials, we are looking for Training Instructor Main responsibilities: \- Deliver theoretical\-practical training and update courses for federal trucking operators and technical personnel \- Design, plan, and evaluate training programs according to SICT, STPS, and CONOCER standards. \- Apply andragogical and constructivist methodologies in training processes. \- Evaluate participants' performance and issue academic reports \- Collaborate with the academic department in the continuous improvement of content, manuals, and instructional guides.
