Job Summary: EBROTHERS & CO is seeking Telephone Agents for plan renewals, who will contact and advise customers to close sales and provide follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer contact and advisory services for telephone plan renewals 2. Sales closing and customer follow-up 3.
