Debtor search and location We are looking for a **Telephone Collections Agent** to join our team; your role will be essential in locating debtors and offering diverse negotiation alternatives for account recovery. We handle campaigns targeting retirees and pensioners. **Details:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturdays — optional attendance for only two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays — optional attendance for only two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Location: Near Metro Eje Central on Line 12 **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience, preferably in collections. * Flexible availability * Valid documentation * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactive attitude * Good negotiation and active listening skills **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 * Uncapped commissions * Food vouchers at 7% * Vacation bonus * Thirteenth-month bonus (15 days) * Paid vacation
